Marketing Hub privacy notice

About this notice

This notice explains what personal information Marketing Hub keeps about the people who use it, and why. Marketing Hub is the tool the marketing team uses to plan, approve and report on the group's restaurant brands' marketing.

Who is responsible

Arabian Entertainment Co. Ltd. (Tarfeeh) is responsible for your information in Marketing Hub. Questions: infotarfeeh@tarfeehksa.com.

What we keep

• Your name, your work email, your role and the brands you can see.
• What you create, change, approve or archive in Marketing Hub, and when: posts, captions, plans, activations, deals and payments.
• That two-factor sign-in is set up for your account.
• Sign-in records kept by the company that hosts the system: when you signed in, and the device and network address used.

Why

• To plan, approve and report on the brands' marketing.
• To know who created, approved or changed each item and who recorded each payment, for control of spending and for audit.
• To keep your account secure.

We use this information because it is needed for your work and for the company's legitimate interest in running and controlling its marketing.

Who can see it

Your name and work email are visible to the other people who use Marketing Hub. Administrators also see your role, your brands and the history of changes.

The companies that host the system (Supabase and Vercel) process it for us under contract and may not use it for anything else. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else, unless Saudi law requires it (for example a request from a court or a government authority).

Where it is kept

On secure servers in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union).

How long

When you leave, your account is switched off at once and your email address is deleted 30 days later. Your name stays on the records you created, because the company must keep its marketing and spending records for 10 years (the period Saudi commercial law requires); after that, your name is removed from them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information Marketing Hub holds about you, ask for mistakes to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted where the company does not need to keep it. Contact: infotarfeeh@tarfeehksa.com.

Changes

If this notice changes, Marketing Hub will show you the new version.
